INGREDIENTS FOR 4
- 1 kilo of mushrooms or assortment of mushrooms
- 550 g fresh golden berries (peeled off)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 250 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 3 limes (the juice and zest of the skin)
- 2 cups julienned fresh cilantro
