Chocolate truffles are one of the most typical desserts, but they usually contain a lot of sugar. If we make them at home, we can prepare them healthy and without sugar.
Choco truffles


  • Almond milk pulp
  • 15 dates on the vine
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • 25 g raw cocoa
  • 20 g cocoa butter
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Chop the dates and pour them into a bowl along with the almond milk pulp, shredded coconut, cocoa and salt.
  2. Melt the cocoa butter in a bain-marie, add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into truffles.
