Chocolate truffles are one of the most typical desserts, but they usually contain a lot of sugar. If we make them at home, we can prepare them healthy and without sugar.
Ingredients
- Almond milk pulp
- 15 dates on the vine
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 25 g raw cocoa
- 20 g cocoa butter
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
- Chop the dates and pour them into a bowl along with the almond milk pulp, shredded coconut, cocoa and salt.
- Melt the cocoa butter in a bain-marie, add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
- Take small portions of the dough and shape them into truffles.
