1. DOUGH RECIPE FOR MAKING PROTEIN PANCAKES (IN A BLENDER)
This dough is packed with protein and fiber, thanks to cottage cheese, eggs, and oatmeal. With it you can make panquers that will help keep the blood sugar level balanced in the morning.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fine oat flakes
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of cinnamon and vanilla
Preparation:
- Pour all the ingredients into the blender and strap them until a smooth dough is left.
- Cook the pancakes in a pan, turning them over once, until well cooked.

2. HOMEMADE TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE (IN BLENDER)

Ingredients:
- 800 g diced tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup fresh basil

Ingredients:
- 400 g cooked red beans
- 400 g diced tomatoes
- 1 <>/<> cups vegetable broth
- A pinch of cumin
- A few chilies flakes
Elaboration:
- Pour the ingredients into the glass and blend, but stop before it becomes a uniform puree, unless you prefer it that way.

- 400 cooked chickpeas
- 60 ml aquafaba (the cooking water of chickpeas)
- 60 ml tahini (sesame seed cream)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- The juice of 1 large lemon.
- Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into the mixer and mix until the hummus is soft.
- Add salt, pepper and a pinch of cumin to taste.
- If you wish, instead of chickpeas you can make this hummus with white beans. You can also experiment by adding various herbs, spices, and even roasted garlic and roasted peppers for a more flavorful hummus.

The sauces you find in supermarkets are very comfortable, but look at the list of ingredients: you will surely see that fats are not the healthiest and that it contains additives that you do not know. It is better to prepare them at home and if you do it with the blender, it will acquire a very swaving and pleasant texture.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 medium onion, cut into half moons
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup xylitol
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
- Pour all the ingredients into the glass and mix until a smooth result is left.
