- 2 carrots
- 100 g papaya
- 1 orange
- Half lime juice
- 8 raw cashews
- 1 teaspoon lucuma
- 250 ml coconut water

Preparation:
- Chop the carrot and papaya and peel the orange.

Preparation:

- Pour the coconut water into the mixer, add the kale and beat it for 5 seconds.
