Ingredients for 4 people

For falafel:

  • 100 ml tahini
  • 100 ml oil

  • 1 teaspoon curry

For the green tahini sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 150 ml cold water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

It will take you 30 minutes plus the time of soaking and dehydration:

  1. Previously, soak the almonds in water for at least 8 hours and the seeds for 4 hours. Then wash and strain them.
  2. Crush the ingredients of the falafels until you get a rustic pâté and spread the preparation on the dehydrator tray.
  3. Shape it with a circular ring and dehydrate about 8 hours at 40 ° C. Then turn them over and leave them 4 more hours or until they have the desired consistency.

  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Cut the banana into pieces and place it in the bowl of the mixer along with the maca powder, almond milk and coconut sugar.
  2. Crush everything until you get a liquid and creamy texture at the same time.

You can buy almond milk (without added sugar) or prepare it at home.

To prepare it, place in a bowl 1 cup of almonds with 3 cups of water and let them soak overnight. Then, rinse them, drain them, pass them through the blender with the water and strain the liquid. It is stored in a glass jar and you can add cinnamon or vanilla.

  • 100 g sesame seeds

  2. To make the bars, start by melting the cocoa butter in a water bath.
