1. RASPBERRY INFUSION WITH ROSEMARY AND LEMON

Ingredients for a cup:
- 250 ml water
- 4-5 whole freeze-dried raspberries
- half a teaspoon of rosemary leaves
- A drop of lemon juice
Preparation:

Preparation:
- Put the water, cinnamon and orange peel in a pot over medium heat.
- From the first boil, leave in decoction for 20 minutes.
- Then add the lemon juice and honey and stir with a teaspoon until dissolved.
3. INFUSION OF CINNAMON, ANISE, CLOVES AND APPLE

4. PEPPERMINT INFUSION

3 fresh mint leaves

Let the water boil and, when it reaches boiling point, add the 3 fresh mint leaves. Let it boil for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Cover the container and let stand for 3 minutes, then strain and drink. It is advisable to consume 3 cups of peppermint infusion a day to treat digestive, respiratory or menstrual cramps.
